Free Returns. No Fuss. No Fear.

Yep, you read that right — we have a FREE 15-day return policy. No weird fees, we’re not about making you pay to mail something back just because it didn’t fit like you hoped. You’ve got a whole 15 days after receiving your gear to holler at us and request a return.


We get that not everybody or every body is the same (that’s kind of our whole point, right?). So try it on, move around, strike a pose — if it’s not your vibe, email us. We’ll cover the return shipping, because we want you to love what you wear — and if you don’t, we make it easy to make it right.

Just a heads-up: while the return shipping is on us, the original shipping cost to get your gear to your door isn’t refunded. We like to keep things transparent — no tricks, no trail detours.

We’re a small, independent brand — not a mega-corp with a warehouse the size of a ski hill — so if you’re unsure on sizing or fit, feel free to reach out before you order, we love a good chat! We’re happy to help you figure out if it’s the right fit for you — it saves us both a return trip, and helps keep our impact light on the planet.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. No burrito stains! Please include your receipt or proof of purchase — it's the quickest way for us to help you out!

When your return gets the green light, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Don’t just ship it back rogue-style without talking to us first, as we can’t accept surprise packages (as much as we love surprises).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing entirely — let us know immediately. Seriously. We want to fix it faster than you can say “Dropping in!” Snap a pic, send us the details, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some things just can’t be returned — like custom gear (special orders, personalized items), or personal care goods (beauty stuff, for example — because, hygiene). If you’re unsure, just ask before you buy. We’re super duper friendly! Just a final heads-up: 
sale items and gift cards are final sale.

If it’s not quite your thing, hey — there’s always regifting (we won’t tell).

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest way to swap it out is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. It’s like a pit stop: quick, smooth, and back on the trail.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you're one of our awesome EU customers, then félicitations / congratulazioni / Συγχαρητήρια (delete as appropriate) you get basically the same deal, but in a different timezone: you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no excuses needed. As always, the item’s gotta be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Keep that receipt handy too. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (yes, we have to do a little quality check song and dance), we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company decide how long they take, so hang tight. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and your money’s still playing hide and seek, shoot us a message at info@tomboyapparel.ca and we’ll help track it down.
